Get items you’ve already purchased from local stores picked up and delivered right to your door.

It’s fast and easy. After you purchase an item (online or by phone) for pickup, just open the Uber app and select Package on the home screen and select Store Pickup to request a driver to do it for you.
To ensure a smooth pickup, add your order number or receipt, make sure your items don’t require ID or any payment for pickup, and they are:
- Already paid for or you have provision to pay directly to the store
- INR 5000 or less in value
- 5 kg or less
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how Store pick-up trips work:

Step 1
Purchase your items online or over the phone directly from any retailer

Step 2
Make sure the item(s) are ready for pickup and that the retailer does not require the driver to present your photo ID card you used to purchase the item(s) or any additional payment.

Step 3
Open the Uber app and select Package on the homescreen. On the following screen, choose Store Pickup and follow the in-app instructions. Upload your order confirmation number or receipt for the driver.

Step 4
Track your Store Pickup in real time in the app and get a notification once your driver has successfully picked up your item and is en-route to drop it off
