  Q1. What is Ridesmart Rewards?

  • Ridesmart Rewards let’s you unlock amazing deals on UberGo, UberPremier and UberPool for a period of 28 days. Also get exciting Paytm offers on flights, and movies.

  Q2. Are flat fares available everywhere?

  • Currently, Ridesmart Rewards are only available in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune. Your specific Ridesmart Rewards is only valid within the city service area.

  Q3. What payment methods can I use to purchase my Ridesmart Rewards?

  • Currently,  you can buy the pass only using your Paytm wallet. However, you can pay for your actual ride redemption using any payment method of your choice.

  Q5. Do flat fares apply on all ride options?

  • For now, flat fares may only be applicable on uberPOOL, uberGO and UberPremier depending on your city.
  • However, flat fares will not be applicable in the following cases:
    • If you take a detour or change destination after the trip is requested
    • If your pickup/drop off location is different than when trip is requested
    • If you request for a trip without confirming the upfront fare

  Q7. Can I track my flat fare usage?

  • You can track how many flat fare rides you’ve used, how many rides you have left, and how many more days you have to use your rides in the app. Navigate to the Ride Pass section in the menu.

  Q8. How is my fare calculated?

  • The final fare is calculated on the basis of the total fare for your ride:
    • If your total fare is ever less than the flat fare amount, we’ll charge you the minimum of the two amounts
    • If your total fare is greater than the flat fare but less than the max fare cap, you will be charged only the flat fare amount
    • If your total fare is over the max fare cap, then you will still save, but the amount over the max fare cap will be added to the flat fare amount
  • Please note that the wait time charges will be over and above the final fare.

  Q9. Can I buy more than one Ridesmart Rewards?

  • There is a limit of one package per rider per city. Once you buy it your pass will be valid for 28 days. Any new Ridesmart Rewards will only apply after your existing package reaches its expiry date.
  • For instance, if you purchase a Ridesmart Rewards of which expires on 5th December and you purchase a new Ridesmart Rewards on 1st December, your new package will only apply on trips after 5th December, when your previous package expires.
  • Ridesmart Rewards expires only after the expiry date, not when all Ridesmart Rewards trips have been redeemed.

  Q10. Can I get a refund for my Ridesmart Rewards?

  • Currently, refunds are not available on Ridesmart Rewards. Once you purchase your Ridesmart Rewards, it will be valid for 28 days.
  • Q11. Are Ridesmart Rewards available to all riders?
  • Currently, only a limited number of Ridesmart Rewards are available to select riders. We are working hard to bring this to all riders.
  • Q12. Are flat fares applicable on rides scheduled in advance?
  • Currently, flat fares are not applicable on scheduled rides.

  • Terms and Conditions: Ridesmart Rewards
    • Qualifying flat fare rides are non-transferable, and package terms and conditions vary by city. Unused flat fare rides will expire 28 days after purchase
    • The final fare is calculated on the basis of the total fare for your ride. If the total fare is ever less than the flat fare, we’ll charge you the minimum of the two amounts. If the total fare is greater than the flat fare but less than the max fare cap, you will be charged only the flat fare amount.  If the fare of the trip is over the max fare cap, then you will still save, but the amount over the max fare cap will be added to the flat fare amount
    • Flat fares are only eligible in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune
    • Flat fares will not be applicable if you take a detour or change destination after the trip is requested
    • Flat fares will not be applicable on rides to the Airport in Bangalore
    • Flat fares will not be applicable on scheduled rides
    • Please note that the wait time charges will be over and above the final fare

    • Riders get flat cashback of Rs 555 on flight ticket bookings.
    • Minimum order value of Rs 2500
    • Offer is valid for select Uber riders buying Uber Rewards package
    • Offer is valid one-time usage per user
    • This promo code is valid until 30th September, 2018
    • Cash back will be credited to your Paytm wallet within 24 hours of the transaction
    • To get cash back, the rider needs to have a verified mobile number on Paytm
    • Canceled orders will not be eligible for cash back
    • KYC process will need to be completed if rider’s wallet limit is breached
    • Paytm reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior intimation

  • • Riders get 50% cashback up to Rs 149 on purchase of 2 or more movie tickets
    • Promo code is valid until 30th May, 2018
    • The maximum cash back amount that can be earned is Rs 149
    • The offer is not applicable on cinemas which accept advance tokens only (with ticket price to be paid at the counter)
    • This promo code is only applicable for booking movie tickets on paytm.com and Paytm App
    • Promo code can be used only once per rider during the offer period
