- Driver Behaviour
- Ease of pickup

- For a less than 5 stars trip, you can select additional reasons why. Select the most appropriate reason.
- For an excellent ride, give them a compliment!
6 star service, Great conversation, Expert navigation, Great Attitude, Neat and Clean, Great Amenities
There are things outside a driver’s control that impact how riders rate the experience. For instance, were you unhappy with the match our algorithm made or was your co-rider too chatty? Did your upfront fare change?
In such instances, we believe that drivers’ ratings shouldn’t be affected by things outside their control.
Do not rate a trip on
- Traffic conditions
- Fare issues with the trip (Raise an in-app ticket under Help section)
Have you seen the new driver profiles section? Our drivers earn different trophies based on your ratings, so that’s one more reason to rate them. You can even recognize our longest serving driver-partners by the glowing star trophy in their profile.
