Courier-3/4Wheeler is our premium cargo delivery service that allows you to transport packages using Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) like Tata Ace and Bajaj Maxima. Your package will be delivered by our verified drivers to your designated drop-off location.
- Package limitations
- Weight limits vary by vehicle type i.e. 4 wheeler has payload capacity of up to 750Kg, 3 wheeler have a payload capacity of up to 500Kg
- Packages must fit comfortably in the vehicle
- Items must be properly packed and sealed
- All items must be ready for curbside or door pickup. Package loading and unloading should be done by the customer.

Down Small - Do not soil or damage the body and/or any other interiors of the vehicles.
- Avoid misusing, soiling or damaging any of the devices (technical/non-technical) in the vehicle.
- Do not ask the driver to break any Traffic/RTO/City Police and/or government rules for any purpose. Please note that the driver has the right to refuse such a request by the customer. Also, the driver also has the right to refuse such a pick-up.
- Do not pressurise the driver to overload the truck with the consignment than the allowed limit.

Down Small Do you provide Packing& Moving service?
No, we do not provide packing or moving services. We only match you with driver partners who offer transportation of pre-packed items.
What are the loading time charges?
For the first 30 minutes you will not be charged any fee for loading. Beyond that, ₹3.50 per minute will be charged as wait time fee.
Who pays for toll, parking, and other charges?
Please note that all tolls are included in the final fare . However, any parking charges must be paid by the customer
Will I be charged for cancellation?
Yes, if the trip is cancelled after the driver has arrived, INR 40 will be charged as Cancellation Fee.
Do you provide helpers for Loading and Unloading?
We don’t provide any helpers for loading and unloading. However, you may contact the drivers separately if any support is required.
Does Uber provide invoices after the trip?
Yes, a detailed invoice is generated automatically after trip completion and can be downloaded from the app.
What documents should be given to the driver?
Customers must provide:
- Any other documents required under GST law
- Invoice/Bill of supply
- E-way bill (if applicable)
What happens if required documents aren't provided?
Please note that if the required documents are not provided, customers are liable for:
- Potential seizure of goods by authorities
- Any monetary penalties
- Non-monetary losses
- Legal consequences
- Additional charges or delays
What mini trucks are available for shipping goods?
We offer various LCV options including:
- Tata Ace
- Bajaj Maxima
- Piaggio Ape
- Similar capacity vehicles
Please note that vehicle availability may vary by location.
What happens if my shipment is damaged?
While we take utmost care during transportation, please note that:
- We don't provide insurance coverage for Courier loss or damage
- Claims are handled as per our Terms and Conditions
- The goods are not insured by Uber.
- Our rates do not include any charges towards insurance.
We urge you to take insurance for all goods being shipped.
How do I handle delivery issues?
If you experience problems in-terms of delivery, you can follow any one of the below:
- If help is required, you can reach out to us post the trip is completed
- You can contact the driver directly through the app
- Track your Courier real-time through the app
What if the recipient isn't available?
If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will try reaching out to the recipient first. Driver may also contact you for alternative instructions. In-cases of Returns, additional delivery charges will be applied along with waiting charges.

How do I know if the Driver has delivered my shipment?
Please note that you need to provide a PIN post delivery.
