Starting your day early? Whether you need to be right on time for that appointment or have a flight to catch, avoid last-minute panic. Instead, schedule a ride the night before and get 5 more minutes of your precious beauty sleep.

How do I schedule my ride?

1.Enter your destination in the’Where to’ search bar.

2.Pick the vehicle class of your choice.

3.Select the schedule button on the right.

4.Set your pickup date & time.

5.Confirm the details of your upcoming trip and tap ‘Schedule’.

6.You will immediately get an email with details of your upcoming ride.

7.You’ll be notified of the actual fare prior to your pickup.

How do I check my list of scheduled rides?

1.Select the menu dock on the top left

2.Select ‘Your Trips’

3.Select the ‘Upcoming’ rides tab to check for your upcoming ride.
