Well, we’ve put together a guide for you to become a 5-star rider. You just have to follow these pro-tips to ensure you’re a pro rider and have a wonderful rider experience in all your trips, from start to finish.
Pick your location right
Ensure your pick-up location is right before you request a ride. You're likely to get lower ratings if your driver has to keep driving around in search of you. You can either pin your exact location or, type your pick up location and meet the driver at the location you've chosen without any hassle.
On time, every time
Time is valuable - both to you and our driver partners. They love it when riders are on time for their pick-up. If you request a ride for a group, then make sure you gather the crew before the ride arrives. This way, you'll promptly be on your way to a 5-star ride.
Be Polite
A kind word goes a long way. We know that sometimes you cannot function without your cup of morning coffee, or you've had a very long and tiring day. But, that doesn't warrant being irritable with your driver. A smile or a pleasant wish is enough to make our day.
Help keep the car clean
Treat the vehicle like you would treat yours! Ensure not to eat, drink, and smoke in the car. If you leave a mess behind, you're on your way to poor ratings. Help keep the car clean - It's the drivers' workplace after all.
Ride comfortably and rate responsibly
We want you to smile, sit back, and relax and let our drivers give you a 5-star experience. Rate your driver on their service and performance. There are a lot of factors not in the hands of the drivers, like fares. If you have a problem, you can always use the help section in our app to approach us and we'll gladly solve your issue.
