
If a ride request from Uber is declined, you may see a “Outstanding Payment” alert card in your Uber feed.
Your app will ask you to charge your outstanding balance to a payment method of your choice before requesting a ride. You can pay an outstanding balance by any of the following methods.
Clear using cash
1. Simply request your next ride on cash.
2. Once the trip ends, pay the fare for the trip you complete.
3. In addition to the fare, please pay the outstanding amount on your account, if any.
Clear using a mobile wallet
1. Tap the card on your feed.
2. Select “View Payment options.” Select payment type as Paytm
3. Authorize the payment.
Clear using a Credit/Debit card
1. Tap the card on your feed.
2. Select “View Payment options” and the credit/ debit card of your choice.
3. Authorize the payment.
