RIDER EXPERIENCE MANAGER:
Candidates must have:
- Exceptional customer service and team building skills
- At least 1 year of work history at the Bangalore airport is a must
- 4 years of overall experience in hospitality sector
The Rider Experience Manager will lead a team of more than 20 customer representatives with a goal of providing world-class experience and delight to riders in Bangalore at multiple rider touch points including the Airport, Railway stations, and Metro stations.
