Wondering how to maximize your savings on Uber?

Here’s all that you need to know about Ridesmart packages.

How this works
1) Fire up the Uber app.
2) Click on the menu tray on the top left corner.
3) Tap on Ride Pass and Pick your package.
4) Click on Get a Pass.
5) Select Paytm as the payment method. Click on Buy.
Currently, you can buy Ridesmart Rewards only using your Paytm wallet. However, you can pay for your trips using any payment method of your choice.

- Q1. What is Ridesmart Rewards?
  Ridesmart Rewards lets you unlock amazing discounts on Uber for a period of one month.
- Q2. Are Ridesmart Rewards available everywhere?
  Currently, Ridesmart Rewards are only available in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kochi and Guwahati. Ridesmart Rewards is only valid within the city service area and subject to availability in that particular month.
  
  Ridesmart Rewards are not applicable on any trip to/from the Airport in Bangalore.
- Q3. What payment methods can I use to purchase my Ridesmart Rewards?
  Currently, you can buy the pass only by using your Paytm wallet. However, you can pay for your actual ride using any payment method of your choice.
- Q5. Do Ridesmart Rewards apply on all ride options?
  For now, Ridesmart Rewards may only be applicable on uberPOOL, uberGO and UberPremier, depending on your city.
  
  Ridesmart Rewards will not be applicable in the following cases:
  
  If you take a detour or change destination after the trip is requested
  
  If your pickup/drop off location is different than when trip is requested
  
  If you request for a trip without confirming the upfront fare
- Q7. Can I track my Ridesmart Rewards usage?
  You can track how many more days you have to use your rides in the app. Navigate to the Ride Pass section in the menu.
  
  The Ridesmart Rewards are valid on unlimited trips during the validity period.
- Q8. How is my fare calculated?
  If your Ridesmart Rewards pass offers rides at a flat fare, the final fare is calculated on the basis of the total fare for your ride:
  
  If your total fare is ever less than the flat fare amount, we’ll charge you the minimum of the two amounts
  
  If your total fare is greater than the flat fare but less than the max fare cap, you will be charged only the flat fare amount
  
  If your total fare is over the max fare cap, then you will still save, but the amount over the max fare cap will be added to the flat fare amount
  
  If your Ridesmart Rewards pass offers rides at a standard discount, the final fare that you see in the app is the standard fare minus the discount. E.g. If your fare is INR 100 and your standard discount is 10%, the fare you see in the app will be INR 90.
  
  Please note that the wait time charges will be over and above the final fare.
- Q9. Can I buy more than one Ridesmart Rewards?
  There is a limit of one pass per rider per city. Once you buy it, your pass will be valid for a month. Any new Ridesmart Rewards will only apply after your existing package reaches its expiry date.
  
  For instance, if you purchase a Ridesmart Rewards of which expires on 5th December and you purchase a new Ridesmart Rewards on 1st December, your new package will only apply on trips after 5th December, when your previous package expires.
  
  Ridesmart Rewards expires only after the expiry date, not when all Ridesmart Rewards trips have been redeemed.
- Q10. Can I get a refund for my Ridesmart Rewards?
  Currently, refunds are not available on Ridesmart Rewards. Once you purchase your Ridesmart Rewards, it will be valid for a month.
- Q11. Are Ridesmart Rewards available to all riders?
  Currently, only a limited number of Ridesmart Rewards are available to select riders. We are working hard to bring this to all riders.
- Q12. Are Ridesmart Rewards applicable on rides scheduled in advance?
  Currently, Ridesmart Rewards are not applicable on scheduled rides.
