This report outlines our gender pay gap results in Ireland, an analysis of our 2023 results and the actions we are taking to address it. We provide this in line with our obligations as an Irish employer, following the introduction of the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, and in line with our core values of gender equity at Uber.

We are committed to ensuring gender equity and as part of this we actively manage and track the commitments we have made in this space. This report looks at the gender pay gap across the 428 employees at Uber in Ireland, as at the snapshot date of 30 June 2023.
