INSTRUCTIONS TO REQUEST YOUR UBER AT DWP 2015

To make the experience as seamless as possible, there will be a dedicated Uber pick-up and drop-off areas. These are the only places in the venue where you can request your car.

Don’t worry about the heat or even rain, because you’ll be able to relax in the Uber lounge throughout the festival. #UberCOOL

NOTE: You will not be able to request inside the venue. You will be prompted to go to the GA ticketing area or VIP drop off/pickup area.

  • Uber’s designated pickup/drop off locations & uber lounge:
    • GA Entrance – near the ticket box (Gate 6)
    • VIP & VVIP Entrance (Gate 3)
  • On your way to DWP 2015 please let your driver know which drop off spot works best for you.
  • When you are ready to leave make your way to one of the three designated pickup spots to request a ride. Call AND text your driver as soon as you are matched.
  • Demand will be very high and data connectivity will be very limited. If you are having troubles requesting please ask an Uber staff member for help.
