Reserve trips

For details of the Reserve trips fare structure and pricing, please refer to tables below:

All Reserve trips include a Minimum Fare and a Reservation Fee*, the amounts of which vary by the ride option you pick.

When booking a Reserve trip, the estimated trip price shown has already included the Minimum Fare, Reservation Fee and other surcharges (e.g. tunnel tolls).

*The above Reservation Fee amounts apply to most trips, but may still vary depending on the location of the pickup address, and/or the day and time of your trip. The amount of Reservation Fee for each trip varies between a specific range⁴, and the minimum and maximum amounts of Reservation Fee for each ride option is also set out in the below section. The applicable Reservation Fee amount will be included in the estimated trip price displayed in the app.

** You can cancel for free at any time prior to receiving your driver details. If you’ve received your driver details and you cancel less than 60 minutes before your ride, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.
