Terms and Conditions: HK Valentine’s Day Uber Black Campaign 2026

Terms & Conditions:

• The promotion period is from 13 February 2026  until 19 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
• A user will be able to enjoy 20% off ‌(max HK$25 off) for Uber Black trip taken during the Promotion Period (the “Offer”). The Promo code quotas are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. The balance amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.  
• Only one offer can be used for each Uber trip. If you have multiple offers (including this Offer)  in your Uber App Wallet and they are all applicable to the trip, only the valid offer with the highest value will be applied to the trip.
• The Offer is not applicable to any metered taxi trip or trips settled with cash payment.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Uber does not represent or purport to act on behalf of driver partners, and the application of the offer does not impact the total earning of driver partners who decide to accept a trip through the app. You can decide whether to redeem an offer on the app. Actual discount will be reflected and applied upon trip completion on your email receipt.
• The Offer shall be valid only within Hong Kong and when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.
• Users may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating Uber’s General Terms of Use and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible for any promotion and/or offers.
• Other terms and conditions may also apply.
• Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
• Uber has the sole right to modify these terms and conditions and to modify, cancel or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding this Offer, Uber reserves the right of final decision.
• Any discrepancy of the Chinese and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
