HS100HK – HK$100 首程 Uber Taxi 行程優惠：
- 新Uber App 用戶必須於行程開始前輸入「HS100HK」優惠碼方能使用此優惠。名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。每位合資格用戶最多僅可享受一次 HK$100 優惠。
- 優惠有效期由即日起至 2023 年 8 月 31 日（「優惠期」）。
- 於優惠期內，新用戶乘搭的首程 Uber Taxi 行程可獲得 HK$100 減免優惠，超出之車資差額須由用戶自行負擔，不足之差額無法積累使用。
- 優惠僅適用於未曾擁有 Uber 帳戶及首次使用 Uber App 的新用戶，並只限首程 Uber Taxi 行程。
- 優惠不可轉讓、不設退款及不能兌換現金。
- 優惠碼只適用於香港境內及在優惠期內開始及結束之 Uber 行程。
- 每次 Uber 行程只能使用一個優惠碼。如果你的帳戶有多於一個適用的優惠，系統會優先使用符合條款及細則，以及價值最高的優惠。
- 每位用戶只能擁有一個 Uber 帳戶。 如果我們有合理理由懷疑用戶正在建立欺詐性帳戶及違反我們的條款及細則及/或社群指引，我們可能會暫停你的帳戶，你亦會失去使用任何優惠的資格。
- 優惠受其他相關條款及細則約束。有關任何優惠的爭議，Uber 保留最終決定權。
- 任何與行程相關的問題，可透過 Uber 應用程式通報。
- Uber 有權隨時修改本條款及細則、更改或終止優惠而毋須作出任何通知。
- 若本條款與英文版有歧異，詮釋以英文版為準。
HS100HK – HK$100 off first Uber Taxi trip:
- New users of the Uber App should input the promo code “HS100HK” (“Promo Code”) before starting the trip. The Offer is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Each eligible user will only be able to enjoy the Offer once.
- The promotion period is from now until 31 August 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
- During the Promotion Period, new users will be able to enjoy a HK$100 discount on the first Uber Taxi trip (“Offer”). Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.
- The Offer is applicable to the first Uber Taxi trip taken by a new user of the Uber App who has never signed up to any Uber accounts before.
- The Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The Promo Code shall be valid only within Hong Kong and when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.
- Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for your trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
- Users can only have one Uber App account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our Terms and Conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and you will therefore not be eligible for any promotion.
- Other terms and conditions may apply. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to this Offer and the Promo Code.
- Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
- Uber has the sole right to modify these terms and conditions and to modify, cancel or terminate the Offer and the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user.
- If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
