
Uber With You community program has been launched since 2018 in Hong Kong. Uber has been actively providing Uber Assist service for charity organisation allowing more elderlies, people with disabilities and expectant mothers to enjoy safe and reliable transportation services.
Number of Beneficiaries: 360 Elderlies

From 2019, Uber partnered with Pneumoconiosis Mutual Aid Association and sponsored 360 elderlies to take free trips for their follow-up consultations and outdoor activities. Pneumoconiosis Mutual Aid Association is an organization to raise the awareness of pneumoconiosis among high-risk workers and introduce the importance of taking precautionary measures during work through diverse activities.
Number of Beneficiaries: 130 At-risk disabled Children

From 2018 to 2019, Uber partnered with ChickenSoup Foundation, an organization to empower the most vulnerable children and youth, allowing them to pursue their passions. We sponsored trips for 130 at-risk disabled children to attend follow-up consultation and special educational needs.
Number of Beneficiaries: 78 Blind people

Eye Fund is an organization to deliver proper information to the public through educational activities about eye health and follow up patients with eye diseases in urgent need by vision screening. From 2019, Uber sponsored trips for 78 blind people to attend fundraising, outdoor and eye test events, providing convenience for them.
Number of Beneficiaries: 20 Disabled people

As an initiative to empower individuals with disabilities and support their integration into all aspects of society, Uber partnered with Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power and their Chinese orchestra. From 2018 to 2019, Uber sponsored the orchestra’s trips whenever they had to commute for practice or outdoor performances.
Number of Beneficiaries: 150 Blind people

In 2018 and 2019, Uber worked alongside the Hong Kong Federation of the Blind, an organization to support blind people in Hong Kong, providing them opportunities for education and training. To encourage them to explore the community and enjoy the outdoors independently and safely, Uber sponsored trips for 150 blind people.
Number of Beneficiaries: 283 Elderlies

Many residential care homes have expressed the difficulty in escorting elderlies due to the limited transport options in Hong Kong. This is why we worked with Telford Nursing Centre.Uber sponsored trips for 283 elderlies from 2018 to 2019 to attend regular follow-up consultations, outdoor activities, sightseeing and group lunches.
Number of Beneficiaries: 48 elderlies

Tung Wah Group of Hospitals is an organization to care for the elderly and to rehabilitate the disabled. From 2019, Uber sponsored trips for elderlies to renew their smart identity cards.
Number of Beneficiaries: 100 Elderlies
Hong Kong Baptist Mr. & Mrs. Au Shue Hung Rehabilitation & Healthcare Hong Limited is a residential care home for the elderly. Very often, the centre will arrange outdoor activities and events for their residents. We saw this as a great initiative and from 2018 to 2019, Uber sponsored trips for 100 elderlies for regular commuting and to-and-from these events.
