50% x 5 trips (capped at HK$50 off each trip) Uber New User Promo Code Terms and Conditions
1. Redemption of the Promo Code in the Uber App will entitle the eligible Uber App user to a 50% off discount for five (5) eligible Uber trips. The maximum amount to be applied for each eligible trip is capped at HK$50. Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.

2. The Promo Code is only applicable to the first five eligible trips booked via the Uber App undertaken by a new, first time user of the Uber App (who has never booked a trip via Uber anywhere in the world).

3. The Promo Code is limited in quantity and is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. An Uber App user can redeem each Promo Code only once during the Promotion Period.

5. The Promo Code is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. The Promo Code is valid from 21 October 2024 to 20 December 2024 (“Promotion
Period”).

7. The Promo Code shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.

8. The Promo Code shall be valid only when the whole trip is within Hong Kong.

9. Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If an Uber App user has entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.

10. The Promo Code must be applied to the Uber wallet before the trip.

11. Each eligible user will only be able to enjoy the Offer once. This Offer is provided by the Uber app to its users applicable to selected trip options on the app. For clarity, Uber does not represent or purport to act on behalf of driver partners, and the application of the offer does not impact the total earning of driver partners who decide to accept a trip through the app.

12. Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for your trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first. You can decide whether to redeem an Offer on the app. Actual discount will be reflected and applied upon trip completion on your email receipt.

13. Other terms and conditions, including the Uber General Terms of Use apply to the Uber App user when he/she uses or redeems the Promo Code.

14. Users may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts or duplicate accounts or otherwise violating these terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may revoke the Promo Code or suspend or terminate the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible to participate in this promotion.

15. Any and all questions related to the trip, shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.

17. Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding the Promo Code, Uber reserves the right of final decision.

1. Redemption of the Promo Code in the Uber App will entitle the eligible Uber App user to a 20% off discount for one (1) eligible Uber trip. The maximum amount to be applied for each eligible trip is capped at HK$50. Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.

2. The Promo Code is limited in quantity and is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. An Uber App user can redeem each Promo Code only once during the Promotion Period.

4. The Promo Code is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. The Promo Code is valid during the following time periods from 21 October 2024 to 20 December 2024: Friday (6pm) to Saturday (6am), Saturday (6pm) to Sunday (6am), and Sunday (6pm) to Monday (6pm) (“Promotion Period”).
