Terms and Conditions of Promotion Code “UBER6M@@@@@”
- Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited (“foodpanda”) is the organizer of this Promotion Programme. The Offer (as defined below) is provided to new and existing foodpanda customers on the foodpanda’s mobile application (“Platform”) that directly receive information about this Offer from the campaign partner, Uber (collectively “Eligible Customers”).
- The Promotion Programme period is from 21 October 2024 to 20 December 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
- During the Promotion Period, only Eligible Customers can enjoy the Offer (as defined below). Forwarded or screenshotted Offers, etc. are invalid.
- During the Promotion Period, Eligible Customers can enjoy 100% off the original price of HK$474 for the 6-month pandapro subscription programme (discounted price at HK$0) by entering promotion code “UBER6M@@@@@” during checkout at the pandapro subscription page on the Platform (“Offer”). After completion of the 6-month free pandapro subscription programme, the Eligible Customer will be charged HK$474 every 6months for the pandapro subscription in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in https://www.foodpanda.hk/contents/subscription-terms if the Eligible Customer does not cancel the subscription.
- foodpanda will not accept any liability if an Eligible Customer fails to enter the promotion code on the Platform during checkout which results in their inability to enjoy the Offer.
- The Offer shall be available to Eligible Customers on such other terms and conditions as foodpanda may from time to time communicate to the Eligible Customers.
- The Offer is available while stocks last.
- Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Offer once during the Promotion Period.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. It is not
exchangeable for cash, refund or coupon in other denominations. No change will be given whether in cash or in other forms. - By participating in this Promotion Programme, it indicates the Eligible Customer’s agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion. In the event of any breach of the terms and conditions, foodpanda reserves the right to cancel Eligible Customer’s eligibility to participate in this promotion and to retain any right to pursue any act of sabotage.
- foodpanda reserves the right to cancel, end, or postpone the Promotion Programme, or to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion Programme at any time without prior notice. All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of foodpanda, and in case of any dispute, the decision of foodpanda shall be final.
- foodpanda reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in both Chinese and English versions at any time without prior notice. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- Uber is not responsible, and disclaim all liaiblity, for the products, services and information offered by foodpanda.
