How to participate in the campaign?
From Mar 31 until Apr 30, enter the promo code EASTER23 before booking the ride to participate in the “Peace of Mind with Reserve” Campaign. Instructions below:
Open Uber App, tap Account > Wallet > Promotion > Add promo code and enter EASTER23 (Note: This is a promo code, not voucher code).
Once the code is applied, you will be able to enjoy 30% off one ride to or from the Hong Kong International Airport (capped at HK$70) and complimentary limited edition travel amenity kit (Limited quota).
Meanwhile, if you use together with Uber Reserve, you will get a chance of winning HK$150 off next trip to or from Hong Kong International Airport, offer will be automatically added to user’s account (3000 quotas).
How to redeem the travel amenity kit?
- Users will receive a redemption email upon completing an Uber airport ride between 31 March 2023 and 30 April 2023.
- Please visit the MaskOn Airport branch and provide the MaskOn staff (a) the last four digits of your valid mobile number registered with Uber, and also show the staff (b) a copy of the redemption email to redeem your amenity kit.
- Please note the travel amenity kits are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Users must enter the promo code EASTER23 before booking the ride to participate in the “Peace of Mind with Reserve” Campaign. Entering the promo code indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the following terms and conditions:
¹30% off to or from Hong Kong International Airport offer:
- The promotion period is from 31 March 2023 until 30 April 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
- During the Promotion Period, each eligible rider will be able to enjoy a 30% discount on one (1) Uber trip travelled to or from Hong Kong International Airport. The maximum discount to be applied for an eligible trip is capped at HK$70. Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.
- The Promo Code is valid for all Uber ride options, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The Promo Code shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.
- The Promo Code is only valid when both the start and finish location is in Hong Kong, and either the start or finish location can only be at the Hong Kong International Airport .
- Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
- Users may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating these terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible to redeem the Promo Code.
- Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
- Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding the Promo Code, Uber reserves the right of final decision
2 HK$150 off to or from Hong Kong International Airport offer:
- The promotion period is from 31 March 2023 until 30 April 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
- The HK$150 off offer will be automatically applied to your account within 24 hours upon completion of one (1) Uber Reserve trip to or from Hong Kong International Airport between 31 March 2023 and 30 April 2023. This offer will entitle the user to a HK$150 off discount for the next Uber trip, limited to trips travelled to or from Hong Kong International Airport during the Promotion Period.
- The Promo Code is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Any excess amount charged for the trips shall be paid by the user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.

3 Complimentary limited edition travel amenity kit terms and conditions:
- The travel amenity kit is only available to users who have completed one (1) Uber trip to or from the Hong Kong International Airport between 31 March 2023 and 30 April 2023. Users must apply the promo code EASTER23 before reserving the trip. Upon completion of the trip, users will receive a redemption email. The travel amenity kit can be redeemed once only at the MaskOn Airport branch. To make a redemption, eligible users will need to provide the MaskOn staff (a) the last four digits of their valid mobile number registered with Uber, and also show the staff (b) a copy of the redemption email. Redemption period is between 31 March 2023 and 30 April 2023.
- The redemption email which may be used to redeem travel amenity kit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The travel amenity kits are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Other terms and conditions, including the General Terms of Use, may apply to this promotion.
- Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notification to the user. Uber reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes regarding this promotion.
