	Track your car’s arrival in-app – there’s no need to go outside until your driver has arrived
	You can contact your driver through the app – Uber’s system anonymises your number so your contact details stay private
	Check your driver’s name, photo and registration plate matches the information you see in-app so you know you’re getting into the right car with the right driver.
	Look for your driver’s Transport for London Private Hire badge – all London drivers are fully-licensed by TfL, have undergone an enhanced criminal records check and are insured to carry passengers
	Travelling alone? ‘Share my ETA’ sends a live map to a friend so they know you’ve arrived safely
	Rate your driver after the trip – Uber uses this feedback to maintain the highest possible standards
