Just in time for the summer holidays, we’re making it easier than ever before to move across Egypt. We are thrilled to be announcing our new road trip flat rates between Cairo and other cities!
We know that summer plans are in motion and folks from Cairo work from 9-5 during the week and escape to whatever beach-front they can during the weekends. We don’t blame you! That is why we decided to announce our new flat rate fares so that traveling from Cairo to any other city is as simple as pushing a button. Whether your going to Sa7el, Gouna, Alexandria, or Sharm – we make sure you get there in comfort and style.
How It Works?
- Open the Uber App anywhere in Cairo
- Request an uberX
- Call your driver to confirm they can accommodate the longer trip
- Sit back, relax, and let your driver take you across the country
- You will be charged once you end your trip within your desired destination
- Note: You will not be able to order an Uber for your return trip as we are currently only servicing trips leaving Cairo
When Does It Start?
These flat rates will come into effect on April 1st, 2015. Use our fare split feature to easily share the cost among your friends.
