Your experience with Uber

We’re working with an independent market research agency, Antedote, to learn more about your experience driving and communicating with Uber and how Uber can support you.

To gather this information, the agency will be conducting 60- 90 minute interviews in person, these will take place at your local GLH or another central location. Prior to attending the interview, you will also be asked to complete a 60 minute written task and return it in advance.

We understand this is a time commitment, so if you are selected and take part you will be compensated [insert amount] for your activity in completing the pre-task and [insert amount] for the face to face interview.

They will need to ask you some more background questions first as we want to make sure we speak to a wide spectrum of drivers and spaces are limited. Please note that participation is on a voluntary basis and not participating will not have any consequences for your ability to drive using the Uber app and use the application. The survey is being conducted by Antedote as an independent party engaged by Uber and your responses will only be shared with Uber in an aggregated and anonymous form.
