These terms and conditions apply to your use of the promotional trip to or from the airport in selected cities in the Czech Republic, paid with the Visa card added to the User’s account.
1. Definitions
1.1 The following words and phrases have the meanings shown next to them:
1.1.1 “Uber” means Uber B.V. of Burgerweeshuispad 301, 1076 ER Amsterdam, the Netherlands, or the Uber applications, websites, content, products, and services enabling access to request transportation and/or logistics services with independent third-party providers of such services. Uber is the Promoter of this promotion.
1.1.2 “User” means the holder of an eligible Uber account in the Uber app.
1.1.3 “Rides” mean journeys booked using the Uber app in the Czech Republic. The promotion does not apply to rides booked with a business profile.
2. Eligibility Criteria
2.1 The promotion is valid only for users whose primary country of usage of the Uber app, or – if the user has no previous trips – the country of registration in the app, or the country of phone number registration is the Czech Republic.
2.2 Only users who have received communication from their bank or from the Visa Benefits Platform at https://www.visa.cz/cz_cz/visa-benefit/ featuring a discount for the ride with the Uber app to or from the selected airport(s) with Uber Comfort or Uber Airport are eligible for the promotion. To benefit from the promotion:
- Open the Uber app
- Add the promo code relevant to your chosen airport in the promotions section in Wallet in the Uber app account
- Insert your destination
- Choose a Visa card as a payment method
- Order the Uber Comfort or Uber Airport trip
- Enjoy the ride at a discounted price
3. General Terms
3.1. The offers apply to the use of the Uber app to book transport. They don’t apply to any other Uber product and can’t be used in conjunction with any other Uber offer or promotion. The value of the promotion is not transferable to any other person different from the recipient of the promotion. The promotion value is not transferable to money or any other form of monetary benefit. The aforementioned applies to the unused promotional amounts accordingly.
3.2 Offer gives you a discount on 2 rides to or from the Václav Havel Airport Prague. The amount of the discount is equal to 50% off the trip, but cannot be greater than 130 KCZ per trip. The discount is valid for two trips. The promocode is AIRPORT_PRAHA_VISA23.
The discounted ride must be within the administrative borders of the areas where Uber is available and is subject to the availability of Uber driver-partners.
3.3 The value of the promotion is -50%. The maximum value of the discount is 130 KCZ per trip.
3.4 Discount will apply only to trips with Uber Comfort or Uber Airport to or from the airport, paid only with a Visa card, as an eligible payment method for this promotion. The other rides will be charged to your chosen payment method according to the trip cost.
3.5 A discounted ride can’t be sold, transferred, or otherwise redeemed for cash.
3.6 The offer is valid from July 1, 2023 00:05 until August 31, 2023 23:55.
3.7 This promotion is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
