Terms and conditions

1. The offer of 150 CZK off the first Uber trip (“Offer”) is only applicable to a new user (“Referee”) who has been invited and used the promotion code by the referrer and is not applicable to existing riders.

2. The reward of 150 CZK off 1 Uber trip to the referrer (“Reward”) is valid for the account associated with this email. The promo code will be applied to you during the week following the Referee completing a first trip.

3. Referrers can refer an unlimited number of new riders. For each of the riders, a promo code with the same condition will be applied.

4. The Offer is valid only for trips in the Czech Republic from March 22, 2023, to March 27, 2023. The Reward is valid only for trips in the Czech Republic from March 29, 2023, to April 03, 2023.

5. Only one promo code can be used per account. If users have entered multiple promo codes into the App and these are all applicable for the trips, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.

6. The Offer is only available to new users without an existing Uber account. Users may only have one account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our terms and conditions and/or community guidelines, we may suspend the account, and you, neither the Referee will therefore not be eligible for this promotion.

7. Uber reserves the right to a final decision in case of any disputes in relation to the Offer.
