The bread revolution in Zurich: At John Baker’s, you get to enjoy really good bread. Our bread is made out of regional, eco-friendly and seasonal ingredients, out of  wheat from happy Demeter-fields, from lovingly bred yeast. Baked in a traditional manner in the bakery of John Baker aka Jens Jung, where the team isn’t really a team but more a closely-knit family. A family-style business 2.0, so to speak. Starting from the freshly made yeast to the crispy bread it takes 2 days from which all of the steps from start and finish are home-made. All products are sold right after they come out of the oven! Very old school – and very good!
