This December, we organized UberGIVING together with Petit Suisse Kinderhilfe. On a rainy Sunday, Uber riders donated Christmas gifts for children in need. The generosity of all of you in Zurich and Basel left us stunned!

THE STORY OF UBERGIVING
11 December
11am
UberGIVING starts in Zurich and Basel. The first package is donated by our driver-partner, Martin, and the next one comes from our rider, Mike.
1pm
We’re out and about collecting donated packages for children in need. The gifts are starting to fill up the cars.
3pm
UberGIVING ends and our driver-partners’ cars are overflowing with Christmas presents.
12 December
Uber brings the packages to the Petit Suisse collection sites in Winterthur and Basel. The gifts are now on their way to bring some joy to children.
