Unveiling Uber Pass, a new membership to unlock the best of delivery and rides, in Quebec
Written byWith the Uber app, it’s easier than ever to order a ride or have a meal delivered. In fact, in a recent survey, 75% of users in Quebec agreed that convenience is an important reason why they use Uber. It was estimated that in a normal year, Uber helps save 1.1 million hours annually.
The Uber platform has become an increasingly valuable accessory for everyday life – every hour of the day. Now, we’re making it easier than ever to harness the full Uber experience with the introduction of a new membership program called Uber Pass. Uber Pass brings together benefits and perks across eats and rides all in one membership. With Pass, members have the peace of mind that they are always saving and can rely on Uber more than ever for meals, groceries, and rides.
Uber Pass costs $ 9.99 per month plus applicable taxes and offers the following benefits/perks:
- $0 Delivery Fee on eligible restaurant orders over $15
- $0 Delivery Fee on grocery orders over $40
- 5% off eligible restaurant orders over $15
- Rides Perks: exclusive monthly benefits for members like monthly discounts on rides
To celebrate the launch in Quebec, the Uber Pass is available for a one month free trial. Subscribers can easily terminate their membership at any time. Outside of Quebec, Uber Pass replaces the Eats Pass to now include both delivery and ride benefits.
The launch of this new product in Quebec follows on from recent actions taken in Quebec by Uber with the arrival of Uber Eats in Saguenay, the launch of Uber Green in Montreal and Quebec City and Uber’s support for the vaccination campaign.
