As the holiday season approaches, we start to think about how we can give back to our local community. And, as it turns out, so do our driver-partners. Time and time again we hear from them just how much they enjoy giving back to the city they know and love. And so, we decided to join them!

Hunger impacts a large percentage of Edmontonians every month– especially children. So, we decided to head to the Edmonton Food Bank alongside some of our partners to sort food and build hampers for those who need them most.

Every month, more than 15,000 people receive food hampers directly from Edmonton’s Food Bank. The Food Bank also provides more than 400,000 meals and snacks to over 210 agencies, churches, and food depots. With approximately 40% of their clients under the age of 18, we were honoured to be able to give back to an organization that makes Edmonton a better place everyday.

A huge thank you to all of the awesome individuals who participated, and to the Edmonton Food Bank for providing us with the opportunity to make an impact in the city we know and love!
