Earlier this month we were sad to announce the temporary suspension of uberX in Sofia due to decision by the CPC.

We have been overwhelmed by the support we have received since and wanted to say thank you, Sofia! In addition to the messages of support over 20,000 people have signed a petition in support of rider choice, innovation and new legislation.

We love Sofia and we know that Sofia loves Uber. We’re still here and we are committed to this amazing city.We also know that you love choice. Strange as it is, your alternatives to ride have been limited, however we can offer you a choice of pumpkins. That’s why we would like to give you the opportunity to choose from a wide range of beautiful, round (and not so round) and shiny pumpkins. We hope CPC will not accuse us of unfair competition. It’s just pumpkins after all.

On Tuesday, October 20th, open the app between 15 and 19 o’clock, tap on UberТИКВИ and we will deliver a choice of decorative pumpkin wherever you are in Sofia for BGN3! You can order up to 2 pumpkins per request.
