People will come from far and near with a mutual love for vegetarian eating or simply to have a drink and listen to music. As a pioneer at the fore-front of clean eating, what started out as vegetarian hawker-style food, has evolved to the point where Laki finds himself now invigorated by raw and vegan eating. Things like vegan cheese and desserts now occupy his experimentalism. However, it’s not the fear of complacency that drives him, rather his interest in finding new ways of eating and thinking.

Starting out from humble beginnings, converting a warehouse into a restaurant, Fitzroy’s local vegetarian eatery has expanded with time. More recently the owners opened another enterprise in Transformer at the rear, reaffirming the popularity of vegetarian eating and just how far it has come.
