Happy almost Valentine’s Day!

At Uber we have crunched the numbers and discovered Aussies are very much divided when it comes to Valentine’s Day and how to spend it.

People are either getting cosy at home and ordering Uber Eats, or completely splashing out on a big night on the town with nice wheels — which camp are you in?

Last year on Valentine’s Day, Uber Eats saw a 20% increase in orders for the stay at home camp and a whopping 68% increase in swanky rides, aka Uber Premier, for those on the night on the town side.

Let’s face it, whether you’re in a committed relationship or single and ready to mingle, Valentine’s Day always seems to sneak up out of nowhere.

To help you out we’ve rounded up the hottest destinations across the country that were travelled to the most on Valentine’s Day in 2019. You’re welcome!
