In line with recent WA Government announcements, driver-partners need to upload their COVID-19 vaccination record to continue to access trip requests using the Uber Driver app. You are required to have received your booster dose within 1 month of becoming eligible in order to continue driving using the Driver app. Please upload your vaccination record that shows you have received:
- two doses of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine; and
- a booster dose of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine, if you are eligible.
Please refer to the Booster Vaccination (Restrictions on Access) Directions (No 2) (WA) for eligibility requirements. If you’re unsure if you are eligible, you may wish to check the WA Government eligibility checker.
If you are:
- not yet eligible to receive your booster vaccination, or
- you are eligible to receive your booster vaccination but less than one month has expired since you became eligible,
you can upload evidence that you’ve received your booster vaccination within 1 month of becoming eligible.
If you are not vaccinated, please provide a record of your exemption.
Uber will only use these documents to determine your eligibility to use the Driver app and for record keeping purposes as required by WA COVID-19 Directions. Your personal information, including submitted documents, will be collected and stored by Uber Technologies Inc. in the U.S., and accessed for verification purposes only by Uber support staff and trusted vendors located in India and the Philippines.
