The secret is in the hand-kneaded crust recipe, skillfully crafted in Rome. It’s 80% water, 20% flour- four different types to be exact. Including old fashioned dried flour to replicate the way Italians used to bake back in the day.

The genius behind it all, Tamer Elkhayat, was raised in Dubai. Just 10 months ago he opened the first Pinza location, and he’s committed to sparking the local economy. By this November he will be a proud parent of three store fronts (currently in Business Bay and JVC; Abu Dhabi soon!)
