Pierre-Dimitri Gore – Coty
Head of EMEA, Uber
Pierre heads Uber’s operations across Europe, Middle East and Africa overseeing the company’s growing business across 45 countries and over 120 cities. Spending some years at Goldman Sachs, becoming an entrepreneur at the age 27 and harnessing a big urge to build something, Pierre joined Uber’s first international city as General Manager for France in 2012. As one of the earliest members of the team and with a conviction of the need to offer better transport options, he mass-scaled Uber’s service across Europe before taking the challenge to the wider region. Pierre first developed his passion for numbers during school, coding and building websites with friends, after which he further developed his skills at the Ecole Centrale de Paris before heading to New York to study Financial Engineering at Columbia University. He is a French citizen based in Amsterdam and married since this year.

Anthony le Roux 
General Manager, Middle East & Africa
Anthony joined Uber as its first General Manager in Cape Town in December 2013 after which he managed Uber Eastern Europe. Recently he was promoted into the position of General Manager MEA (Middle East, Africa). In this role, Anthony oversees market strategy and operations in the MEA region, and works with expansion teams to manage new market entries.  Having grown up in South Africa, Anthony began his career in investment banking at Standard Bank, providing mergers and acquisitions advice to a broad range of companies in the SSA market. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, an undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town and is a CFA Charterholder. Anthony has a passion for technology, entrepreneurship and innovation.

General Manager, Egypt

Abdellatif (Tino) is currently the General Manager for Uber in Cairo. He is passionate about building and scaling new businesses across the region. Abdellatif (Tino) is also the Co-Founder of TrainForAim, one of the leading sports & conditioning companies in Egypt, offering multi-disciplinary training and organizing international races and events. Previously Abdellatif (Tino) worked for McKinsey & Company across their Cairo, Toronto and Dubai office. He has an MBA from INSEAD Business School and an MSc in Economics from University College of London. Tino is a sports fanatic and is always looking to push his limits whether it’s climbing mountains, doing triathlons, or running the occasional tough mudder.

Head of Marketing, Egypt

Nour is currently the Head of Marketing and Business Development for Uber in Cairo. He is a passionate entrepreneur with a strong track record in rapidly scaling and developing SME’s (businesses). Nour graduated from the University of San Francisco with a bachelors in Business and International Studies and was a Division 1 collegiate athlete. With a strong affinity for innovation, traveling, sports, and adrenaline-packed activities, Nour likes to constantly push the envelope and is always in search of the next disruptive idea.
