Military, Veteran, and Partner Program

Our Military, Veteran, and Partner (MVP) Program offers global opportunities for the armed forces community as you begin the next chapter in your journey—no matter where you served or supported someone who has served.

Talent Acquisition Academy Program

Better known as TAAP, this 16-week accelerated journey is designed to train people with little to no recruiting experience into full-time Uber Sourcers and Recruiters. Whether you’re just returning to the workforce or making an intentional career shift, TAAP provides all the training, mentorship, and support you need to leave ready to help Uber find and hire top talent and thrive.

Data Science Apprenticeship Program

Uber 6-month Data Science Apprenticeship Program aims to increase representation and hiring from nontraditional and historically excluded communities with technical backgrounds. Based at Uber’s San Francisco headquarters, the program offers participants the opportunity to break into data science with hands-on training and a curriculum that emphasizes experimentation and learning by doing.

Uber Design Pathways

There’s no better time to learn new design skills to advance your career. Uber is proud to partner with General Assembly to welcome SF Bay Area talent to embark on a high-growth, future-proof UX career through Uber Design Pathways, Uber’s UX apprenticeship program.

Career Prep: Software Engineering Fellows Program

Take your STEM skills to the next level in this dynamic software engineering fellows internship. This six-month program consists of four virtual workshops facilitated by experts in the field. Topics will vary for each session covering a range of competencies which include technical interview skills, insights into how top engineers succeed, communication and self-marketing skills, engineering competencies, and more.
