Mujeres en Uber
We are a catalyst for a thriving Uber culture. We promote the advancement of women at Uber through our network, access to leadership, professional development, and peer mentoring. We invite all employees (men and women) to join our community.
Our mission
Our mission is to connect, empower, and support the advancement of women at Uber. We are building a strong community of women and allies to share knowledge, provide access to leadership and mentoring, and attract and retain top talent to Uber. Women at Uber is open to everyone—men and women, managers and individual contributors.
What we stand for
Supporting women
Supporting women means doing our part to help attract, retain, and promote women at Uber. We’re intersectional in our efforts and plan to continue to work with the business to help #movethenumbers.
Building community
We believe in lifting as we climb—and this means not only inside of Uber, but also within the communities that we serve.
