  • Uber One is a subscription option which gives you access to benefits such as savings.

    The Student Plan memberships are available monthly for R$12.90 and annually at R$129.00. Uber One also has partnerships with third parties that offer a discounted membership to eligible users.

    Uber One members receive up to 10% cashback on eligible rides marked with the Uber One icon.

  • You can cancel your membership in the app up to 24 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges.

    To cancel your membership in the Uber app:

    Tap the profile icon.

    Tap “Uber One.”

    Scroll and tap “Manage Membership.”

    Select “End Membership” and then “End Membership” again to cancel your membership.

    If you’re on a free trial of Uber One and cancel your membership, then your membership benefits will end upon cancellation. For all other memberships, you’ll have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.

  • You can purchase an Uber One membership directly in the app.

    In the Uber app:

    Tap “Account” in the lower-right corner.

    Tap “Uber One” and follow the prompts to enroll.

    Subscriptions renew automatically. The subscription fee is non-refundable once charged to you, however, you can cancel and manage your membership at any time in the app.

    Note: You must have the latest version of the app to purchase.

  • Your payment method can be changed at any time from the Uber One page in the Uber app by navigating to Uber One under “Account.” Click “Manage membership” to make changes to your payment method.

    Any Uber Cash can be used towards this recurring membership subscription. To do so, click Uber One on the Account page of the Uber app, then “manage membership.” On that page, you can update payment details to have your Uber Cash turned on.

10% in Uber One Credit upon completion of eligible trips, payments of fees, taxes and similar. These credits expire 60 (sixty) days after being granted and you can find them in the Uber One Credits section. Membership will auto-renew every month (if you choose a monthly membership) or every year (if you choose an annual membership) beginning on your enrollment date, using your selected payment method. To avoid charges: 1) if you are more than 48 hours before your billing day, cancel in the Uber One section of the app by selecting Manage Membership, then End membership, and then confirming you wish to cancel your membership; or 2) if you are within 48 hours of your billing day, contact Support to cancel. Subject to your rights under consumer laws, your recurring payment will not be refundable. See app for availability, fees, terms, and conditions.
