Work with our team of experts to customize an Uber One program for your company. Admins will then set up their dashboard to automate employee invitations and manage the program moving forward.

To accept, employees will follow the link in the email to download or sign in to their Uber app on mobile or web.

Once an employee creates an Uber account, they can redeem and use their membership on web or mobile through the Uber app.
- Does the Uber One membership apply to all orders and rides?
Uber One benefits are available for eligible stores marked with the Uber One icon in the app. Member pricing is guaranteed for all eligible rides, not including rides booked 30 minutes or more in advance or shared rides. View additional membership terms and conditions here.
- What is the cost of Uber One?

- How does my company get billed for Uber One memberships?
The company will only be billed for the memberships that are claimed by employees and will get billed monthly per its dashboard setup. There is no upfront payment for Uber One memberships.
*By enrolling in this Uber One offer, you are enrolling in a membership auto-renewal offer provided by Uber for Business and you will be charged R$19.90 after expiration of any applicable free trial, and monthly thereafter, based on the terms, until you cancel or until the offer has completed. At which point, your monthly membership will auto-renew at R$19.90 until you cancel. To avoid charges, cancel up to 24 hours before your Billing Day in the app. Subject to your rights under consumer laws, your recurring payment is not refundable. Offer/benefits only valid for Brazil-based Uber accounts on purchases made in Brazil. Offer subject to change, limited availability.
10% in Uber Credits upon completion of eligible trips, excluding fees, taxes and similar. The benefit is not available for rides with Uber Moto. These credits expire 60 (sixty) days after being granted and you can find them in the Uber Credits section. Average savings are calculated based on average member discounts and trips per month.
