Updated October 23
As cities reopen, we want to make sure you feel supported. Whether you are delivering food or providing rides to those who still need to move around, thank you for everything you’re doing to support our communities right now.
We heard from drivers and delivery people like you that you want an easier way to pick up health and safety supplies, so we have opened 34 Greenlight Hubs to distribute disposable ear loop masks and other supplies for free. You can pick these supplies up while they are available.
We’ve also made sure that all drivers and delivery people that have been active this year have an offer to receive disposable ear loop masks in the COVID-19 hub in the Driver App. If you don’t see one and have not already redeemed your masks, your offer will be available within 24 hours. If you have already received masks or picked up other supplies, you will be notified when additional masks or other supplies become available for you.
Please note that you and any passengers in your vehicle must wear a face cover or mask when picking up your health and safety supplies.
Greenlight Hub Locations & Hours of Operation
Open locations, hours of operations and type of pick-up experience are listed below. Please check back before visiting a Greenlight Hub for the latest information on hours of operations as hours of operations may change. The type of pick-up experience may change based on weather conditions.
Locations are only open for distribution of health and safety supplies unless “General Support” is noted. For safety tips on how to use health and safety supplies or how to clean and disinfect your vehicle or food safety equipment, visit the Safety Tips blog. For all other questions, please visit the Uber Help Page or in-app support.
For locations with General Support available, you must book an appointment through the Help Center and select the reason for your visit. You do not need to make an appointment if the only purpose of your visit is to pick up health and safety supplies, except for Montreal.
