Disney Springs: Information for drivers

Who wants to pay for parking, especially when you’re on vacation? With Uber, you can ride to and from Disney Springs easily and affordably. And it’s easy for drivers to cash in on the action.

Drop-off tips for drivers

When driving passengers to Disney Springs, please drop them off on the west side of the venue in loading zones 8 and 9 of the west side bus loop.

Pickups at Disney Springs

Pickups at Disney Springs work just like the airport, with a virtual queue. There are designated pickup locations for Disney Springs east and Disney Springs west.

Drivers within the FIFO (first in, first out) zones in the maps below are eligible to receive trip requests from Disney Springs.

How it works:

  • There are 2 FIFO zones—one for east Disney Springs, one for west Disney Springs.
  • Once you arrive within the FIFO zone, you will automatically be placed into a virtual, first-in, first-out queue as long as you are online.
  • You must wait in one of these FIFO zones to receive a request.
  • All pickups from Disney Springs must occur at one of the 2 pickup points. Drivers must remain with their vehicle at all times while picking up a passenger.

Reminder: You will lose your place in line if you cancel a trip on a rider, go offline, sign off your Uber app, switch vehicles, or leave the queueing area. You will not lose your place in line if a rider cancels on you or if you drive around within the FIFO wait area.

Disney Springs east

Wait for requests in the FIFO zone in the parking lot behind the Speedway gas station on the south side of Buena Vista Dr. Once you receive a request, exit the lot and head to the Marketplace Bus Loops to meet your rider.

Disney Springs west

Wait for requests in the Strawberry lot FIFO zone north of the green line. Once you receive a trip request, pick up your rider in loading zones 8 and 9 of the west side bus loop.
