Program overview:
Effective January 22nd, 2025, AT&T will be introducing Uber Shuttle services for rides between the 2900 West Plano Pkwy and 3400 West Plano Pkwy. For more information on the program, open the Uber app and choose Shuttle.
Note: In order to see the route details and shuttle ETAs in the app, make sure you’re linked to the AT&T program by accepting the invite in your email. To find the email, search your inbox for a message with the subject, “Uber for Business.”
Route overview:
The shuttle will run between 2900 West Plano Pkwy and 3400 West Plano Pkwy.

Additional program details:
- The shuttle operates from Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm.
- The shuttles will loop between between 2900 W Plano Pkwy and 3400 W Plano Pkwy. Open the Uber app to view the next shuttle arrival time, then open your QR code in-app to board the shuttle.

Frequently asked questions:
- Do I need to book a shuttle trip through the app or can I just show up?
No reservations needed! Simply pull up the QR code in the app to scan in as you board the shuttle.
- How can I track my shuttle?
You can track your shuttle on the home screen of the Uber app.
- Is the Employee Shuttle free of charge?
The Shuttle is free to ride between the buildings. When booking your Shuttle trip, please remember to switch from your personal profile to the AT&T Shuttle Program profile.
- Do I receive any confirmation or ticket allowing me to board the shuttle?
You'll be able to pull up a QR code in the app that will serve as your ticket when boarding the shuttle.
- Can I bring an animal/pet on the shuttle?
Animals are strictly prohibited on the shuttles unless they are service animals.
- Can I eat or drink on the shuttle?
Eating or drinking is not allowed on the shuttle.
