Factuurverzending
Please submit your invoices via uSupplier Portal. Visit our Uber Suppliers for more information.
All invoices submitted to Uber must be in your local language, in PDF format. If applicable to your country, please also attach the XML format electronic invoice file. Invoices submitted in non-PDF formats will be rejected.
Please submit only (1) invoice at a time, zipped files will be rejected.
Invoices which do not comply with Uber's Invoice requirements will be rejected and could result in payment delays.
Verklarende woordenlijst
- Belangrijk: Een beschrijving die voldoende is om de geleverde goederen of diensten te identificeren. Vermeld de datums van de serviceperiode, indien van toepassing.
- Hoeveelheid: Het aantal geleverde goederen
- Prijs per eenheid: De prijs per eenheid, exclusief btw/GST (bijv. uur-/dagtarief, kosten per item, huur- of leasekosten per periode)
- Naam van de Uber-entiteit die wordt gefactureerd: Volledige bedrijfsnamen moeten correct worden gespeld en alle afkortingen van het organisatietype in de bedrijfsnaam bevatten (d.w.z. Inc., Ltd., LLC). Volledige entiteitsnamen staan vermeld op je inkooporder.
- Factuuradres van Uber-entiteit: Het adres van de Uber-entiteit moet precies hetzelfde zijn als op je inkooporder.
