Uber One for Students

Uber One is a subscription option which gives you access to benefits such as savings on Uber and Uber Eats.

The standard monthly subscription is available for €6.99, and the annual subscription for €69.99. The student monthly subscription is available for €4.49, and the annual subscription for €44.99.

Uber One members enjoy up to 15% off eligible orders on Uber Eats from participating partners, marked with the Uber One icon, and can earn Uber One credits worth up to 10% of the fare on their Uber rides*.

Eligible establishments have a gold Uber One icon under their name in the app. Participating restaurants and non grocery-stores : minimum basket of €16 to receive up to 15% off the basket (capped at €8). Participating grocery and retail stores: minimum basket of €22 to receive up to 15% off the basket (capped at €5). Basket minimum excludes delivery fees and other applicable charges and is calculated after other promotions. 15% off applies only to the basket subtotal and can be combined with other promotional offers.

You can cancel your membership in the app up to 48 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges.

To cancel your membership in the Uber app:

Tap the profile icon.

Tap “Uber One.”

Scroll and tap “Manage Membership.”

Select “End Membership” and then “End Membership” again to cancel your membership.

If you are less than 48 hours before your next renewal, please contact support.

If you’re on a free trial of Uber One and cancel your membership, then your membership benefits will end upon cancellation. For all other memberships, you’ll have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.

You can purchase an Uber One membership directly in the app.

In the Uber Eats app:

Tap “Account” in the lower-right corner. Tap “Uber One” and follow the prompts to enroll.

Subscriptions renew automatically. The subscription fee is non-refundable once charged to you, however, you can cancel and manage your membership at any time in the app.

Note: You must have the latest version of the app to purchase.

Uber One subscribers receive:

Up to 15% off their meals for orders above 16€ (capped at 8€).

Up to 15% off their groceries and retail orders above 22€ (capped at 5€).

10% Uber One Credits after the completion of eligible premium Rides (Uber Black, Uber Van, Uber XL, Uber Comfort), and 5% Uber Cash earned after completion of other eligible rides.

Eligible stores will have a gold Uber One icon underneath their name. Other fees, including a service fee, and taxes may still apply.

Get help with a specific order promotion

Your payment method can be changed at any time from the Uber One page in the Uber or Uber Eats by navigating to Uber One under “Account.” Click “Manage membership” to make changes to your payment method.

Any Uber One Credits can be used towards this recurring membership subscription. To do so, click Uber One on the Account page of the Uber or Uber Eats app, then “manage membership.” On that page, you can update payment details to have your Uber One Credits turned on.

All members will receive member benefits on rides with the Uber One icon.

Uber One members will receive up to 10%* Uber One Credits on eligible trips. Uber One Credits can be used on both Uber and Uber Eats, so you can use it on trips and orders.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your Uber One Credits to deposit into your Wallet in the Uber App. Once Uber One funds are added to your Wallet in the Uber App, you can use them on your next ride or order Uber Cash from Uber One is earned on the subtotal of your final fare on eligible trips and excludes tolls, tips, taxes, and fees. You cannot earn additional Uber One Credits on the portion of membership Uber One Credits used on trips. Your earned Uber One Credits for eligible Uber One rides is listed in the Wallet section of your App as the Uber One Credits type Uber One ride.

Uber One Credits can be used on the trips or orders of your choice and will typically be used based on which expires first.

Your Uber One Credits will also expire if your membership concludes.
