Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Contest Organization

Uber Eats Belgium B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Belgium and registered under number BE0745.416.987 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Company"), is organizing a prize contest in Belgium (the “Contest”) running from May 11th, 2026, at 8:00 AM to May 19th, 2026, at 11:59 PM (the "Contest Period"), in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Terms”).

The Contest is referred to as the "Uber One Exclusive Contest - Pawsa by The Hangar" and can be entered by eligible participants as defined under Article 3 below (each a “Participant”), via email sent and/or made available by the Organizing Company and/or its affiliates during the Contest Period. The Organizing Company also reserves the right to use any other promotional medium at its discretion to permit Participants to enter the Contest, including but not limited to social media, platforms and/or other applications. 

Article 2 – Acceptance of the Terms

Participation in the Contest implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by each Participant. Any Participant who fails to comply with these Terms will be disqualified from the Contest and deemed ineligible to be declared a winner, resulting in the immediate forfeiture of any prize. Eligible individuals who do not agree with any part of these Terms may choose not to participate.

Article 3 – Participation Conditions

To enter the Contest, a Participant must meet the following cumulative criteria:

• Be a resident of Belgium, aged 18 years old or over; 
• Have an active Uber Eats account in Belgium and comply with Uber’s General Terms of Use available here; 
• Be a member of, or subscribe to, the Uber One membership program in Belgium during the Contest Period and maintain such membership throughout the Contest Period; 
• Place at least two (2) orders via Uber Eats in Belgium during the Contest Period, with a minimum value of twenty-five euros (€25) per order, excluding delivery and service fees and excluding pick-up orders; 
• Complete and submit the participation form provided by the Organizing Company;
• Correctly answer all knowledge-testing questions provided in the participation form. Failure to answer or providing an incorrect answer to any question will render the Participant ineligible for the automated draw described in Article 5, and
• Follow the Instagram account “thehangar_brussels”.

Employees of the Organizing Company and/or its affiliates, their immediate family members, agents, and any individuals involved in the organization of the Contest are not eligible to participate in the Contest. 

The Organizing Company reserves the right to require a Participant to provide any information or documentation that the Organizing Company may reasonably deem necessary to assess compliance with the above-mentioned criteria.

Article 5 – Winner Selection

A total of three (3) winners will be selected in the Contest. To be eligible to win, Participants must comply with all participation conditions and correctly answer all knowledge-testing questions provided in the participation form. If the number of Participants who have correctly answered all knowledge-testing questions exceeds the number of available prizes, the winners will be determined based on the tie-breaker question: “How many eligible participants will join the contest by Tuesday, May 19th, at 11:59 p.m.?”, with the Participants whose answers are closest to the correct response being selected as winners. The tie-breaker question is solely intended to distinguish between Participants who have correctly answered all knowledge-testing questions where necessary to allocate the available prizes. In the event of an additional tie following the tie-breaker question, winners will be selected by means of a random draw conducted by the Organizing Company within 2 calendar days after the end of the Contest Period.

All eligible Participants have an equal chance of being selected as a winner.

The Organizing Company will contact the winners via email. From the time this email is sent, the winners will have 48 hours to provide any required information that the Organizing Company may need to process the prize allocation. If a winner fails to respond within this timeframe or declines the prize, the Organizing Company reserves the right to reallocate the prize. 

The Organizing Company emphasizes the importance of maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information to ensure each can be reached if said Participant is selected as a winner. The Organizing Company shall in no event be held responsible in the event of incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by a Participant.

Article 6 – Prize

The prize of the Contest consists of: For each winner - 2 regular tickets for the open air event of the music festival Pawsa organized by The Hangar on May 24th 2026 in Bois de la Cambre, Brussels. 

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold, exchanged or paid out in cash.

The details will be arranged in coordination with The Hangar. Winners will need to provide all necessary personal details required for executing the bookings included in the prize, which Participants hereby expressly consents to. 

Article 7 – Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Contest is entirely at the Participant’s own risk.

The Organizing Company, its affiliates, and their respective personnel shall in no event be held liable for any damage, whether material or immaterial, direct or indirect, suffered by Participants, their equipment, devices, and/or data in connection with their participation in the Contest.

The Organizing Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or malfunction-free access to the Contest, nor the absence of technical or other issues. 

Article 8 – Personal Data

Any personal data that may be supplied by Participants in the course of the Contest will be processed by the Organizing Company and/or its affiliates set out in Uber’s Privacy Policy.

Such data will be stored for a period of one month after the end of the Contest Period and then deleted. Participants have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to data processing.

For the purpose of awarding and organizing the prizes, personal data of the winners may be shared with The Hangar, acting as a partner involved in the organization of the Contest. This data sharing is strictly limited to what is necessary for the execution of the prize (including ticketing and event access). 

Article 9 – Rules Accessibility

These Terms will remain available to Participants throughout the Contest Duration at the following address: https://www.uber.com/be/en/blog/uber-one-exclusive-contest/

Article 10 – Amendments to the Terms

The Organizing Company reserves the right to amend these Terms prior to the Contest period.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Contest due to unforeseen circumstances or fraud.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and the Organizing Company or its affiliates in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Except in cases of fraud, any dispute arising from the execution of these Terms shall primarily be resolved amicably between the Organizing Company and the Participant. In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be brought before the competent Belgian courts.

Règlement

Article 1 – Organisation du Concours
Uber Eats Belgium B.V., société constituée conformément au droit belge et enregistrée sous le numéro BE0745.416.987 (ci-après la « Société Organisatrice »), organise un concours en Belgique (le « Concours ») qui se déroulera du 11 mai 2026 à 8h00 au 19 mai 2026 à 23h59 (la « Période du Concours »), conformément aux dispositions du présent règlement (le « Règlement »).

Le Concours est intitulé « Concours Exclusif Uber One – Pawsa by The Hangar » et est accessible aux participants éligibles définis à l’Article 3 ci-dessous (chacun un « Participant »), via un e-mail envoyé et/ou mis à disposition par la Société Organisatrice et/ou ses affiliés durant la Période du Concours. La Société Organisatrice se réserve également le droit d’utiliser tout autre support promotionnel, à sa discrétion, pour permettre aux Participants de participer au Concours, y compris, sans s’y limiter, les réseaux sociaux, plateformes et/ou autres applications.

Article 2 – Acceptation du Règlement
La participation au Concours implique l’acceptation pleine et entière du présent Règlement par chaque Participant. Tout Participant ne respectant pas le présent Règlement sera disqualifié du Concours et jugé inéligible à être déclaré gagnant, ce qui entraînera la perte immédiate de tout prix. Les personnes éligibles qui n’acceptent pas une partie du présent Règlement peuvent choisir de ne pas participer.

Article 3 – Conditions de Participation
Pour participer au Concours, un Participant doit remplir cumulativement les critères suivants :

• Être résident en Belgique, âgé de 18 ans ou plus ;
• Disposer d’un compte Uber Eats actif en Belgique et respecter les Conditions Générales d’Utilisation d’Uber disponibles ici ;
• Être membre du programme Uber One en Belgique ou y souscrire durant la Période du Concours et maintenir cet abonnement pendant toute la Période du Concours ;
• Passer au moins deux (2) commandes via Uber Eats en Belgique pendant la Période du Concours, d’une valeur minimale de vingt-cinq euros (25 €) chacune, hors frais de livraison et de mise en relation et hors commandes à emporter ;
• Compléter et soumettre le formulaire de participation fourni par la Société Organisatrice ;
• Répondre correctement à toutes les questions de connaissance figurant dans le formulaire de participation. L’absence de réponse ou une réponse incorrecte à l’une des questions rend le Participant inéligible à la sélection décrite à l’Article 5, et
• Suivre le compte Instagram “thehangar_brussels”.

Les employés de la Société Organisatrice et/ou de ses affiliés, leurs membres de famille directe, leurs agents ainsi que toute personne impliquée dans l’organisation du Concours ne sont pas autorisés à participer.

La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de demander à tout Participant les informations ou documents qu’elle jugera raisonnablement nécessaires pour vérifier le respect des critères ci-dessus.

Article 5 – Désignation des Gagnants
Un total de trois (3) gagnants sera sélectionné dans le cadre du Concours. Pour être admissibles à gagner, les Participants doivent respecter l’ensemble des conditions de participation et répondre correctement à toutes les questions de connaissance prévues dans le formulaire de participation. Si le nombre de Participants ayant correctement répondu à toutes les questions de connaissance dépasse le nombre de prix disponibles, les gagnants seront déterminés sur la base de la question subsidiaire suivante : « Combien de participants admissibles participeront au concours d’ici le mardi 19 mai à 23 h 59 ? », les Participants dont les réponses se rapprochent le plus de la réponse exacte étant sélectionnés comme gagnants. La question subsidiaire a pour seul objectif de départager les Participants ayant correctement répondu à toutes les questions de connaissance lorsque cela est nécessaire pour attribuer les prix disponibles. En cas d’égalité supplémentaire après la question subsidiaire, les gagnants seront désignés par tirage au sort effectué par la Société Organisatrice dans un délai de deux (2) jours calendaires suivant la fin de la Période du Concours.

Tous les Participants éligibles ont une chance égale d’être désignés gagnants.

La Société Organisatrice contactera les gagnants par e-mail. À compter de l’envoi de cet e-mail, les gagnants disposeront de 48 heures pour fournir les informations nécessaires au traitement de l’attribution des prix. Si un gagnant ne répond pas dans ce délai ou refuse le prix, la Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de réattribuer le prix et de procéder à un nouveau tirage parmi les Participants restants éligibles.

Il appartient aux Participants de fournir des coordonnées exactes et à jour afin de pouvoir être contactés. La Société Organisatrice ne pourra en aucun cas être tenue responsable en cas d’informations incorrectes, inexactes ou incomplètes fournies par un Participant.

Article 6 – Dotation
Le prix du concours consiste en : pour chaque gagnant, 2 billets réguliers pour l’événement en plein air du festival de musique Pawsa, organisé par The Hangar le 24 mai 2026 au Bois de la Cambre, Bruxelles.

Le prix est nominatif, non transférable et ne peut être revendu, échangé ou converti en espèces.

Les modalités seront organisées en coordination avec The Hangar. Les gagnants devront fournir toutes les informations personnelles nécessaires à la réservation incluse dans le prix, ce à quoi ils consentent expressément.

Article 7 – Limitation de Responsabilité
La participation au Concours se fait aux risques et périls du Participant.

La Société Organisatrice, ses affiliés et leurs employés respectifs ne pourront en aucun cas être tenus responsables de tout dommage, matériel ou immatériel, direct ou indirect, subi par les Participants, leurs équipements, appareils et/ou données, en lien avec leur participation au Concours.

La Société Organisatrice ne garantit pas un accès ininterrompu, exempt d’erreurs ou de dysfonctionnements au Concours, ni l’absence de problèmes techniques ou autres.

Article 8 – Données Personnelles
Les données personnelles éventuellement fournies par les Participants dans le cadre du Concours seront traitées par la Société Organisatrice et/ou ses affiliés, conformément à la Politique de Confidentialité d’Uber.

Ces données seront conservées pendant une période d’un mois après la fin de la Période du Concours, puis supprimées. Les Participants disposent d’un droit d’accès, de rectification, de suppression et d’opposition au traitement de leurs données.

Article 9 – Accessibilité du Règlement
Le présent Règlement restera accessible aux Participants pendant toute la Durée du Concours à l’adresse suivante : https://www.uber.com/be/en/blog/uber-one-exclusive-contest/

Article 10 – Modifications du Règlement
La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de modifier le présent Règlement avant le début de la Période du Concours.

Elle se réserve également le droit de modifier, prolonger, écourter, suspendre ou annuler le Concours en raison de circonstances imprévues ou de fraude.

Article 11 – Droit Applicable et Juridiction Compétente
Toute question relative à la validité, l’interprétation ou l’application du présent Règlement, ou aux droits et obligations des Participants et de la Société Organisatrice (ou de ses affiliés) en rapport avec le Concours, sera régie et interprétée conformément au droit belge.

Sauf en cas de fraude, tout litige relatif à l’exécution du présent Règlement devra être réglé en priorité à l’amiable entre la Société Organisatrice et le Participant. À défaut d’accord amiable, le litige sera porté devant les juridictions compétentes de Belgique.

Wedstrijdreglement

Artikel 1 – Organisatie van de Wedstrijd
Uber Eats Belgium B.V., een vennootschap opgericht naar Belgisch recht en ingeschreven onder nummer BE0745.416.987 (hierna de “Organiserende Vennootschap”), organiseert een wedstrijd in België (de “Wedstrijd”) die loopt van 11 mei 2026 om 8u00 tot 19 mei 2026 om 23u59 (de “Wedstrijdperiode”), in overeenstemming met de bepalingen van dit reglement (het “Reglement”).

De Wedstrijd wordt aangeduid als de “Uber One Exclusieve Wedstrijd – Pawsa by The Hangar” en staat open voor de in Artikel 3 hieronder gedefinieerde in aanmerking komende deelnemers (elk een “Deelnemer”), via een e-mail verzonden en/of beschikbaar gesteld door de Organiserende Vennootschap en/of haar filialen tijdens de Wedstrijdperiode. De Organiserende Vennootschap behoudt zich tevens het recht voor om elk ander promotiekanaal te gebruiken om deelname aan de Wedstrijd mogelijk te maken, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot sociale media, platforms en/of andere applicaties.

Artikel 2 – Aanvaarding van het Reglement
Deelname aan de Wedstrijd impliceert de volledige en onvoorwaardelijke aanvaarding van dit Reglement door elke Deelnemer. Elke Deelnemer die dit Reglement niet naleeft, wordt gediskwalificeerd en uitgesloten van het winnen van een prijs, wat leidt tot het onmiddellijke verlies van eender welke prijs. Personen die niet akkoord gaan met (een deel van) dit Reglement, kunnen ervoor kiezen niet deel te nemen.

Artikel 3 – Deelnamevoorwaarden
Om deel te nemen aan de Wedstrijd, moet een Deelnemer cumulatief aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoen:

• Woonachtig zijn in België en minstens 18 jaar oud zijn;
• Een actief Uber Eats-account in België hebben en de Algemene Gebruiksvoorwaarden van Uber naleven (beschikbaar hier);
• Lid zijn van, of zich inschrijven op, het Uber One-lidmaatschapsprogramma in België tijdens de Wedstrijdperiode en dit lidmaatschap behouden gedurende de gehele Wedstrijdperiode;
• Minstens twee (2) bestellingen plaatsen via Uber Eats in België tijdens de Wedstrijdperiode, met een minimale waarde van vijfentwintig euro (€25) per bestelling, exclusief leverings- en servicekosten en exclusief afhaalbestellingen;
• Het deelnameformulier invullen en indienen dat door de Organiserende Vennootschap wordt verstrekt;
• Alle kennisvragen in het deelnameformulier correct beantwoorden. Het niet beantwoorden of fout beantwoorden van een vraag maakt de Deelnemer ongeldig voor de selectie zoals beschreven in Artikel 5, en
• Volg het Instagram-account “thehangar_brussels”.

Werknemers van de Organiserende Vennootschap en/of haar filialen, hun naaste familieleden, agenten en iedereen die betrokken is bij de organisatie van de Wedstrijd, zijn uitgesloten van deelname.

De Organiserende Vennootschap behoudt zich het recht voor om van elke Deelnemer redelijke informatie of documenten te vragen om de naleving van bovenstaande criteria te verifiëren.

Artikel 5 – Aanwijzing van de Winnaars
In totaal zullen drie (3) winnaars worden geselecteerd in de Wedstrijd. Om in aanmerking te komen om te winnen, moeten de Deelnemers voldoen aan alle deelnamevoorwaarden en alle kennisvragen in het deelnameformulier correct beantwoorden. Indien het aantal Deelnemers dat alle kennisvragen correct heeft beantwoord groter is dan het aantal beschikbare prijzen, zullen de winnaars worden bepaald op basis van de schiftingsvraag: “Hoeveel in aanmerking komende deelnemers zullen deelnemen aan de wedstrijd tegen dinsdag 19 mei om 23:59 uur?”, waarbij de Deelnemers waarvan het antwoord het dichtst bij het juiste antwoord ligt, als winnaars worden geselecteerd. De schiftingsvraag dient uitsluitend om, indien nodig, Deelnemers die alle kennisvragen correct hebben beantwoord van elkaar te onderscheiden met het oog op de toewijzing van de beschikbare prijzen. In geval van een bijkomende gelijke stand na de schiftingsvraag, zullen de winnaars worden aangeduid door middel van een loting uitgevoerd door de Organiserende Vennootschap binnen twee (2) kalenderdagen na het einde van de Wedstrijdperiode.

Alle in aanmerking komende Deelnemers hebben een gelijke kans om als winnaar geselecteerd te worden.

De Organiserende Vennootschap neemt contact op met de winnaars via e-mail. Vanaf het moment dat deze e-mail is verzonden, hebben de winnaars 48 uur de tijd om de nodige informatie te verstrekken voor de toekenning van de prijs. Indien een winnaar niet binnen deze termijn reageert of de prijs weigert, behoudt de Organiserende Vennootschap zich het recht voor om de prijs opnieuw toe te wijzen en een nieuwe loting te organiseren onder de resterende in aanmerking komende Deelnemers.

Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de Deelnemers om correcte en actuele contactgegevens te verstrekken. De Organiserende Vennootschap kan in geen geval aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor foutieve, onnauwkeurige of onvolledige informatie verstrekt door een Deelnemer.

Artikel 6 – Prijzen
De prijs van de Wedstrijd bestaat uit: voor elke winnaar 2 reguliere tickets voor het openluchtevenement van het muziekfestival Pawsa, georganiseerd door The Hangar op 24 mei 2026 in het Ter Kamerenbos, Brussel.

De prijs is niet overdraagbaar en kan niet worden doorverkocht, omgeruild of in contanten worden uitbetaald.

De praktische afspraken worden georganiseerd in samenwerking met The Hangar. De winnaars dienen alle persoonlijke gegevens te verstrekken die nodig zijn voor de boekingen die deel uitmaken van de prijs, waartoe zij hierbij uitdrukkelijk hun toestemming geven.

Artikel 7 – Beperking van Aansprakelijkheid
Deelname aan de Wedstrijd gebeurt volledig op eigen risico van de Deelnemer.

De Organiserende Vennootschap, haar filialen en hun respectieve medewerkers kunnen in geen geval aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enige schade, materieel of immaterieel, direct of indirect, geleden door Deelnemers, hun apparatuur, toestellen en/of gegevens in verband met hun deelname aan de Wedstrijd.

De Organiserende Vennootschap garandeert geen ononderbroken, foutloze of storingsvrije toegang tot de Wedstrijd, noch de afwezigheid van technische of andere problemen.

Artikel 8 – Persoonsgegevens
De persoonsgegevens die door Deelnemers in het kader van de Wedstrijd worden verstrekt, zullen worden verwerkt door de Organiserende Vennootschap en/of haar filialen, zoals uiteengezet in het Privacybeleid van Uber.

Deze gegevens worden bewaard gedurende een periode van één maand na afloop van de Wedstrijdperiode en vervolgens verwijderd. Deelnemers hebben het recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering en verzet tegen de verwerking van hun gegevens.

Artikel 9 – Toegankelijkheid van het Reglement
Dit Reglement blijft gedurende de hele Wedstrijdperiode beschikbaar voor Deelnemers op het volgende adres: https://www.uber.com/be/en/blog/uber-one-exclusive-contest/

Artikel 10 – Wijzigingen van het Reglement
De Organiserende Vennootschap behoudt zich het recht voor om dit Reglement te wijzigen vóór de start van de Wedstrijdperiode.

Zij behoudt zich eveneens het recht voor om de Wedstrijd te wijzigen, verlengen, inkorten, opschorten of annuleren wegens onvoorziene omstandigheden of fraude.

Artikel 11 – Toepasselijk Recht en Bevoegde Rechtbanken
Alle kwesties met betrekking tot de geldigheid, interpretatie of uitvoering van dit Reglement, of de rechten en verplichtingen van de Deelnemers en de Organiserende Vennootschap (of haar filialen) in verband met de Wedstrijd, worden beheerst door en geïnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met het Belgische recht.

Behalve in geval van fraude, zullen geschillen die voortvloeien uit de uitvoering van dit Reglement in de eerste plaats in der minne worden opgelost tussen de Organiserende Vennootschap en de Deelnemer. Bij gebrek aan een minnelijke oplossing, zal het geschil worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde Belgische rechtbanken.
