To earn Qantas Points on eligible rides, members must link their Qantas Frequent Flyer and Uber accounts via qantas.com/uber, the Qantas App or via the Uber app by choosing Account > Settings > Rewards, then request an eligible ride via the Qantas or Uber app and complete that ride. If you are not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, Uber customers can join for free here. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. Linked members can earn on their business profile: Uber for Business customers: 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent on any Business Comfort, Comfort Electric and Uber Premier rides taken on your business profile. All customers: 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent on Uber Reserve trips to or from eligible Australian airports and 1 Qantas Point per $2 spent on any other Uber trip to or from eligible Australian airports taken on your business or personal profile. Eligible airport trips are those to or from the following Australian airports: Adelaide, Avalon, Ballina/Byron Bay, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Darwin, Devonport, Gladstone, Gold Coast, Hobart, Launceston, Mackay, Melbourne, Newcastle, Perth, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Toowoomba, Townsville. Qantas Points will not be earned on cancelled or no-show trip requests. Qantas and Uber may change the number of Qantas Points earned or eligibility requirements from time to time. Qantas Points may be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 24 hours after the trip is completed and paid for in full, but please allow a maximum of 6 weeks for this to occur.
