When you reserve an Uber Business Black ride in advance, our technology helps ensure an on-time pick-up – backed by our On-Time Pick-up Protection². For late trips (more than five minutes late), you will receive $60 Uber Cash. For unfulfilled trips, you will receive $120 Uber Cash.
Premium phone support
For added peace of mind, your employees will have access to dedicated phone support during their trip and for up to 72 hours after. For rides reserved in advance, premium phone support is also available pre-trip.
