Step 2: Employee sign-up
Each employee will receive an email invitation to join the programme. To accept, employees will follow the link in the email to download or sign in to their Uber or Uber Eats app on mobile or web.

- How do employees redeem their Uber One memberships?
Any employees added to the program will receive an email to claim their Uber One membership. Once an employee creates an Uber account, they can redeem and use their membership on web or mobile through the Uber or Uber Eats app.
- Are Uber One benefits available globally?
Uber One is currently available in the United States, with plans to expand globally. As of now, Uber One benefits are limited to the US and will not apply to any Uber app requests made while outside of the country.
- Does the Uber One membership apply to all orders and rides?
Uber One benefits are available for eligible stores marked with the Uber One icon in the app. Member pricing is guaranteed for all eligible rides, not including rides booked 30 minutes or more in advance or shared rides. View additional membership Terms and Conditions here.
- What is the cost of Uber One?

- How does my company get billed for Uber One memberships?
The company will only be billed for the memberships that are claimed by employees and will get billed monthly per its dashboard setup. There is no upfront payment for Uber One memberships.
*By enrolling in this Uber One offer, you are enrolling in a membership auto-renewal offer provided by Uber for Business. Following the conclusion of your Free Trial Period, you will be charged a rate of $9.99 thereafter, on a monthly basis ('Recurring Payment'). You authorise Uber to charge any payment method in your Uber Wallet for your Recurring Payment until you cancel. To avoid charges, cancel at least 48 hours before your Billing Day in the app or contact support. Subject to your rights under consumer laws, your recurring payment is not refundable. Offer/benefits only valid for purchases made in Australia. Offer subject to change, limited availability.
Service Fee or Marketplace fee applies to $0 Delivery Fee orders. Delivery benefits available only for eligible stores showing the Uber One icon. $20 minimum order (excluding fees) to receive delivery benefits (including $0 Delivery Fee) from participating restaurants, $40 minimum order for eligible grocery and other stores. Service Fee savings are visible at checkout and varies depending on basket value. Service Fee savings do not apply to high value orders where the Service Fee cap has been reached or grocery orders packed by delivery people. 5% Uber One Credit on rides will expire after 60 days and will not apply to the portion of payment made with Uber One Credit. Top-rated drivers may not be available for every ride. Avoid incurring the charge for the next billing cycle by cancelling in app 48 hours before your billing date or contacting support.
