Only the earnings from your fares (after service fees and certain city or local government charges are deducted) are counted toward the offer amount; any tips and promotional earnings you make will be yours without being counted toward the offer amount. Any payment due will be added to your account after you complete the required trips. Canceled trips do not count.

This offer is valid only for those who received it directly from Uber and who meet the eligibility requirements associated with this offer. Uber reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments that it determines or believes were fraudulent, illegal, in error, or in violation of the driver terms or these terms.
