How to get picked up at DEL Airport

Request when you’re ready to walk outside.

Choose a ride option that suits your group size and luggage storage needs. Pick the correct terminal and pick up point from the drop down list on the Uber app. Refer the maps below to see where to meet your driver.

Exit the terminal.

Head outside to arrivals level on Terminal 1, 2 or 3. The pickup location will depend on the point you pick from the drop down list on the Uber app. Your driver-partner will meet you at your selected pick up location.

Confirm your location.

When prompted in the app, enter your pillar or gate number so your driver can find you. On the arrivals level, look for your pillar number. On the departures level, look for a gate number.

Where to meet your driver at DEL

Your pickup location at IGI Delhi Airport depends on your arrival terminal.

For T1 Domestic Terminal, follow the signs to the Car Pick Up area. Head left after exiting the terminal. The pickup point is a 3 minute walk from the exit gate.

For T2 Domestic Terminal, follow the sign to the Car Pickup area. Your driver will meet you at the pickup point shown in the app.

For T3 Domestic Terminal, follow the signs to go to the Car Pick Up lane. Your driver will meet you on the last lane ahead of pillar 3 or 6.

For T3 International Terminal, follow the signs to go to the last lane. Your driver will meet you on the last lane ahead of pillar 15.

How to connect to wifi at DEL

To request a ride, connect to free WiFi at Delhi Airport:

  • Turn on Wi-Fi on your device
  • Latch on to the Tata Docomo Wi-Fi SSID
  • Click on the internet browser, enter your mobile number and click on “I Agree to Terms & Conditions” before clicking on send OTP
  • You will receive the OTP through SMS to the Mobile No. provided by you
  • Enter the OTP on the screen and click on submit to start browsing
