Closing Greenlight Hubs to Protect Partners and Customer Support Experts

Our priority remains helping to keep the communities in which we operate safe and healthy. Based on the advice of public health authorities to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are temporarily closing all Greenlight Hubs in the United Arab Emirates. Greenlight Hubs will be closed beginning Sunday, 15 March. We will let you know when Greenlight Hubs will re-open.

To check availability, go to Help in your Driver app, then Book an in person appointment, choose the issue you need help with, and tap Schedule an appointment if you want more help. Or you can visit our website.
