用戶不得使用「優快送」運送以下物品：
- 酒精濃度 0.5% (含) 以上者，如啤酒、葡萄酒、酒精類飲料、消毒酒精
- 煙草、煙草製品、電子煙產品或類似物品
- 武器、槍械彈藥、煙火及爆裂物或類似物品
- 贓物、非法物品（非法持有、轉讓、重製或出售的物品）、有違公共秩序、善良風俗之物品、受管制物品或任何法規限制或禁止運輸之物品
- 危險材料/貨物，如：易燃、有毒、易爆、放射性之物品，包括含有易燃液體的油漆或粘合劑以及在台灣的任何法律或法規中被認定為「危險物品」的物質和材料。僅部分受限制的家用清潔化學品除外，運送限制請參見下文。
- 活體動物，包括但不限於保育類動物
- 任何特殊管制藥草或植物，如有毒雜草、植物、違禁種子
- 含有大麻二酚 (CBD) 的油製品或食品；含有大麻成分的食品或用具；其他管制藥草
- 錢幣、彩券、旅行支票、信用卡、提款卡、標單、股票、任何種類的有價支付票券、展演會票券、禮券；鉑金、金或銀、珠寶、古董、藝術品、貴金屬、其他具有貴重實際價值的物品、或寶石（所有有價值的天然礦物石、二氧化矽或從該組中提取的物質，無論是在自然狀態還是精製、加工、鑲嵌或處理）
- 藥物（含中藥、西藥）、醫療產品、處方藥。例如：中藥包、抗生素、藥丸、麻醉藥、和精神藥物等
- 特殊管制之食品、肉品
- 動物或人體屍體或內臟、器官或身體部位、病理檢體，如血液、尿液
- 社會風俗所限之特殊類別物件，如骨灰、牌位、佛像等
- 用戶無權發送的任何項目
- 高單價商品 – 總價值超過新台幣 $5,000 的物品，如筆記型電腦、手機
- 合計重量（每次運送）超過 13 公斤的物品
- 合計（每次運送）不能適當地放入車內的物品
- 大麻製品、非法種子
- 身分證、健保卡、護照等所有身分證明文件證件
用戶若選擇使用「優快送」運送以下物品，需遵守以下規定之限制：
- 如運送是以機車運送者：物品體積（含包裝）不得超過40X20X30公分（長 X寬 X 高）。
- 氣溶膠類物品 ，如除臭劑、髮型噴霧 – 每次限運送 2 件
- 家用化學清潔品，如肥皂、漂白劑、消毒劑、下水道清潔劑 – 每次限運送 2 件
- 3C 電子產品、手機、充電器。電子產品內最多可容納 2 個鋰電池，且不得有鬆動/備用的鋰電池。電子產品必須有適當的保護包裝，例如使用堅固的外箱與防撞物
- 藥品限運送非處方藥、維生素和營養補充品，包含保健品、營養品、蛋白粉、草藥（除上述清單中禁用的藥物、醫藥產品、處方藥外）
- 易碎物品，如電視、花朵盆栽、玻璃製品等，需使用適當包裝，且用戶需自行承擔損壞之全部責任
- 飲料貨品應有杯架，非封膜杯須加貼膠帶固定，以降低溢出風險。
- 食物、蛋糕、茶點貨品應以適當可固定之包材包裝，蛋糕或糕點的高度應低於20公分。每一件糕點應黏著於底盤，底盤需再與外包裝固定，以避免運送中滑動。
- 乳製品、生鮮蔬果魚肉食品、雞蛋、冷凍食品、冰品、造型蛋糕等極易腐壞之食品，用戶需承擔溫度敏感性所造成或相關的損壞責任。
- 如果送貨人員在運送物品時遇到困難或發現有任何違反本條款之物品與包裝限制，他們得取消「優快送」的運送請求，包括拒絕提貨、要求提供妥善包裝或將包裹退還給用戶，且用戶應支付取消費。

Users shall not use “Courier” to deliver the following items:
- Alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content of 0.5% or more, such as beer, wine, alcoholic drinks, or disinfectant alcohol.
- Tobacco, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or similar items.
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, explosives, or similar items.
- Stolen property, illegal items (items that are unlawfully possessed, transferred, reproduced, or sold), items that violate public order or good morals, controlled substances, or any items restricted or prohibited for delivery by applicable laws and regulations.
- Hazardous materials/goods, such as flammable, toxic, explosive, or radioactive items, including paints or adhesives containing flammable liquids, and any substance or material identified as “hazardous goods” under laws or regulations in Taiwan. Household cleaning chemicals with certain restrictions are exempted; please see below for the restrictions.
- Live animals, including but not limited to endangered species.
- Regulated or controlled herbs or plants, such as toxic weeds, plants, or prohibited seeds.
- Oil products or food containing cannabidiol (CBD); food or utensils containing cannabis; other controlled herbs.
- Currency, lottery tickets, traveler’s checks, credit cards, debit cards, bills of exchange, stocks, any type of valuable payment voucher, tickets to performances, gift certificates, platinum, gold or silver, jewelry, antiques, artwork, precious metals, other items of significant actual value, or gemstones (including any valuable natural minerals, silicon dioxide, or materials extracted from the same group, whether in their natural, refined, processed, set, or treated state).
- Drugs and pharmaceuticals (including Chinese and Western medicine), medical products, and prescription medications, such as Chinese herbal packages, antibiotics, pills, narcotics, and psychotropic drugs.
- Regulated or controlled food or meat products.
- Animal or human corpses, organs, body parts, or pathological samples, such as blood or urine.
- Items limited by societal customs, such as ashes, memorial plaques, religious statues, etc.
- Items not authorized for sending by the user.
- High-value goods – Items with a total value exceeding NTD 5,000, such as laptops or mobile phones.
- Items with a total weight (per delivery instance) exceeding 13 kilograms.
- Items that cannot fit comfortably in the storage compartment of a vehicle (per delivery).
- Cannabis products, illegal seeds.
- Identity documents, including national ID cards, health insurance cards, passports, and other proof of identity documents.
If users choose to use “Courier” to deliver any of the above items, they must comply with the following restrictions:
- If delivered by motorcycle: The volume of the item (including packaging) must not exceed 40 x 20 x 30 cm (length x width x height).
- Aerosol items, such as deodorants, hairsprays – limited to 2 items per delivery.
- Household cleaning chemicals, such as soap, bleach, disinfectants, drain cleaners – limited to 2 items per delivery.
- 3C electronic products, such as mobile phones and chargers. Electronic products may contain no more than 2 lithium batteries, and there should be no loose/reserved lithium batteries. The electronic products must be properly packaged for protection, such as using a sturdy outer box and cushioning material.
- Medicine is limited to over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, and dietary supplements, including health products, nutritional supplements, protein powder, and herbs. No drugs and pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and prescription medications as listed above.
- Fragile items, such as televisions, potted plants, glass products, etc., must be appropriately packaged. Users shall bear full responsibility for any damage.
- Beverage goods should be in cup holders; non-sealed cups must be taped securely to minimize the risk of spillage.
- Food items, cakes, and snacks should be packaged in appropriately secured materials. Cakes or pastries should not exceed 20 cm in height. Each individual pastry should be attached to the base plate, which must also be securely packaged to prevent shifting during transport.
- Dairy products, fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and meat products, eggs, frozen foods, ice products, molded cakes, and other highly perishable food products, the user has to assume the responsibility for any damage arising from or relating to temperature sensitivity.
- If the delivery partners encounter difficulties in handling items or find any items or packaging that violate these terms and conditions, they may cancel the “Courier” delivery request, including refusing pickup, requesting proper packaging, or returning the package to the user, and the user shall be liable for any cancellation fees.
